Studies on telomeres could help save cancer sufferers

Children's Medical Research Institute Director, Professor Roger Reddel, played an integral role in organising two conferences on telomeres in Sydney, prompting world-leaders in medical research to come together and discuss a topic he believes holds the key to finding cures for most cancers. 

The conferences were held in June at Powerhouse Museum in Sydney's Darling Harbour attracting an abundance of media coverage throughout Australia.
