Finding cures for children's genetic diseases

A Christmas Fair with Wagga flare

With just shy of 100 stalls and more than 3,500 people to peruse what was on offer, Children's Medical Research Institute's Wagga Committee has dubbed their 2014 Annual Christmas Fair one fo the most vibrant and energetic to date.

With temperatures soaring into the 30's, copious amounts of water was consumed with fair-goers determined to see all that was on on offer.

This year marked the 27th year of the Christmas Fair, and Wagga Committee President Fiona Hamilton said it just keeps getting better.

"The Wagga CMRI Annual Christmas Fair seems to go from strength tho strength," Fiona said.

"We are yet to finalise figures, but I think the results will be terrific."

All proceeds go to Children's Medical Research Institute to support research into cancers, birth defects and genetic diseases.
